Current bounded truth
- ZAI supply remains fixed. There is no SKY-to-fresh-ZAI redemption arbitrage, defended SKY peg, or subsidized-yield demand trap.
anti-spiral != anti-volatility; selling an asset is not unstaking it.- The landed joint-drawdown model recorded zero spiral signatures in 36/36
modeled ZAI/SKY scenarios; the Terra positive control spiraled in 3/3. This is

What it is
ZAI is the fixed-supply ownership and coordination asset — 100.000000 units, forever, no mint path. To run provider infrastructure you must stake your own ZAI (non-delegable); unstaked ZAI decays and redistributes to active stakers. It is the only slashable token.
Why fixed
Staking is the shadow of the future made collateral: a persistent identity with capital at risk turns a one-shot game into an infinite one. Defection burns what the whole history accumulated — so cooperation, not a rent-taking boss, holds the commons together.
