What Personal Wallet Is​

Consumer packaging of the W1–W5 wallet topology. Five wallet classes (W1 personal · W2 family · W3 multi-sig · W4 sovereign signer · W5 agent execution) under one app, with topology + monitoring + sovereign-signing envelopes for high-stakes acts.

The Natural Person is principal of their own wallet. They sign their own private consequential moves. Above-threshold or consequential actions stage unsigned envelopes and require the Natural Person's exact signed instruction. Agents execute explicitly reversible, non-consequential tooling only under natural_person_discretion and a subscribed entitlement; they never execute public-DAV consequences, and the entitlement never grants signature or consequential authority.

What It Is Not​

  • Not custody — we never hold keys, signing authority, or funds
  • Not a bank, custodian, or licensed financial institution
  • Not an investment advisor — wallet topology is the product; investment decisions are yours
  • No asset-recovery guarantee — recovery is via cryptographic social recovery (opt-in), not server-side
  • Every exact public-DAV consequence requires a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors binding that exact consequence; PRISM records and verifies only, and the public DAV does not borrow the user's private-wallet authority
