Remember, share, then reason
Cortex holds records with their ownership, sources and corrections. Nexus selects the context that may be disclosed for a particular purpose. APU works with that permitted context: you can talk from a focused note, clarify its purpose and keep useful knowledge without making a long chat history the organising structure.

Memory is not permission. Permission to read a record is not permission to act on its owner's behalf.
Observe, explore, propose
Circle records sourced observations—what is asserted and by whom. ReFu explores what could happen, with uncertainty. Agentz prepares what should be done as an unsigned proposal. None of these outputs is a signature or an instruction to move value.
New evidence can change an assessment. Preserve conflicting claims and their sources when the intended resolution is unclear; do not silently tidy away disagreement.
Authority does not come from intelligence
Constraints may hold or return a proposal. A non-refusal is not authorization. Consequential acts need the applicable external mandate and signatures, bound to the exact action. Execution receipts and independent outcome evidence remain separate.
One family, across three entrances
Me, We and They introduce individuals, organisations and machines to the same system. A shared organisation brings participants around one vision and many objectives. Machine integrations operate within their granted scope; they do not acquire independent signing authority just by connecting.
The app family sits above shared foundations. Commerce covers products and services; Finance covers accounts and value flows; the Mesh Substrate supplies identity, permissions and connections.
